☗ 行前注意事項

🔸音波能幫助身體及大腦放鬆減壓、情緒排毒。建議提早10分鐘報到，讓自己保有充分的時間預備，先沈澱情緒以便達到理想的放鬆狀態。
🔸請穿著舒適寬鬆衣物，並穿著乾淨襪子。
🔸可攜帶自己的保溫杯，音波浴前後請補充足夠水份，以利能量流動與排毒。
🔸可攜帶輕便的小毛毯，課程中保暖使用。

☗ 報到流程＋須知

1）報到時手機掃QR code 加入官方Line@＋回傳自己姓名＝完成報到手續。
2）個人物品安放置物櫃，手機請設為飛航模式／靜音。
3）進入教室，選定位置後，可先坐著閉目靜心，讓心情＋身體先行平穩，準備迎接音波浴的洗禮。
4）音波浴準時開始，音療師開始操作後，即不開放入場，避免影響其他學員體驗和權益。
5）音波浴結束後記得補充水分，中心提供與音頻共振過後的能量水，有助身體循環與排毒。

☗ 報名須知

・為保護其他學員上課權益，當天超過預定時段遲到或未到者視同棄權。

・課前一天會發送課前通知，請務必填寫正確mail聯絡資訊，未收到課程通知可能因系統擋信緣故，可直接前來我們不會再額外電話通知。

・限購票者參與，未購票者不得陪同入場及共同參與。

・若活動開始日前一天該場次報名人數未達6人， SOUNDS GOOD 欣宇音療中心 有權取消該場次活動，並通知更換課程場次或全額退款。

・如因天災等不可抗力因素，SOUNDS GOOD 欣宇音療中心 將主動聯繫延期或退款。

・課程請準時入場，為了讓課程順利進行，請注意不要遲到。

・教室不可帶飲料食物。

・未經講師同意不可錄影。

・參與者應遵守場地規則及配合現場講師指示。

・課程將由主辦方依需求進行側拍，並上傳至 SOUNDS GOOD 欣宇音療中心 社群。

・日後主辦方可能將含有你肖像的照片、影像，使用於課程紀錄或其他招生管道宣傳等用途。

・如不希望被攝影，可以於現場告知工作人員，我們將注意並特別安排。

☗ Pre-Class Reminders
🔸 Sound waves help relax the body and brain, and detoxify emotions. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to allow yourself time to settle and achieve the ideal state of relaxation.
🔸 Please wear comfortable, loose clothing and clean socks.
🔸 You may bring your own thermos, and be sure to drink enough water before and after the sound bath to support energy flow and detoxification.
🔸 Feel free to bring a light blanket for warmth during the session.

☗ Check-in Process + Important Notes

1. Upon arrival, scan the QR code to join our official Line@ and send us your name to complete the check-in process.
2. Store personal belongings in the locker, and set your phone to airplane mode or mute.
3. Enter the classroom, choose a spot, and sit quietly with your eyes closed to calm your mind and body, preparing for the sound bath.
4. The sound bath will begin on time, and the session will be closed once the therapist starts, to avoid disrupting others’ experiences.
5. After the sound bath, remember to hydrate. The center provides energy water to help with circulation and detoxification following the sound wave resonance.

🔸 Our drinking water is energy-filtered with hydrogen oxygen ions and nano-silver sterilization.
🔸 The sound bath mats are natural latex yoga mats with MIT high-density thermosensitive memory pillows, ensuring comfortable support and pressure relief.

☗ Sound Healing Equipment at Sounds Good/XinYu Sound Healing Center
༄ Human Voice: The most primal healing sound.
༄ Tuning Forks: Using sound waves from meridian tuning forks to massage and unblock stagnant energy and blood flow.
༄ Gongs: Powerful sound waves help clear mental clutter and relieve pain.
༄ Crystal Singing Bowls: Emit stronger sound waves, mainly working like Tibetan singing bowls, corresponding to the body’s seven chakras.
༄ Tibetan Singing Bowls: Aid in deep meditation by stimulating brainwaves, placed on body chakra points or around the body for effect.

☗ Registration Notes

• To protect the rights of other participants, late arrivals or no-shows will be considered as forfeiting their place.
• A pre-class reminder will be sent a day before; please ensure your contact email is correct. If you don’t receive the reminder, it may be blocked by the system, and you can still come without a phone call reminder.
• Tickets must be purchased for participation; no accompanying guests are allowed to enter.
• If fewer than 6 participants have registered by the day before the event, SOUNDS GOOD XinYu Sound Healing Center reserves the right to cancel the session and offer rescheduling or a full refund.
• In case of natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you to arrange for postponement or refund.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may disrupt the flow of the course.
• No food or drinks are allowed in the classroom.
• Recording without the instructor’s consent is prohibited.
• Participants must comply with venue rules and follow the instructor’s instructions.
• The organizer may take photos for documentation and upload them to the SOUNDS GOOD XinYu Sound Healing Center social media.
• The organizer may use photos or videos with your image for course records or promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff on-site, and we will make special arrangements.
